How Does Stress Affect YOU?

Stress has been with us since the beginning of time. Today, the stress of work, personal conflicts, family and the demands on time and money, take a tremendous toll on our health. It might surprise you that your feelings of stress might have nothing to do with the actual stress in your life. Poor posture, prolonged sitting, an old injury or an accident can lead to spinal stress. Muscle tension and chronic pain can cause nervousness and irritability.

For some people, it's an upset stomach. Others may experience muscle stiffness, recurring headaches or back pain. Some may respond with nervous twitches or allergic reactions. Regardless of your particular response, the function of your nervous system is involved. Chiropractic care can be so helpful for this.

The Chiropractic approach to stress is to help normalize the function of your nervous system by removing interferences caused by the Vertebral Subluxation Complex or spinal joint dysfunction. Finding the "weak links" in your spine, which is the major communication path of your nervous system, will help restore better function and can make a huge difference in your response to stress.

It may not be possible to remove the stress from your busy life, but with Dr Parker's help you can certainly respond better to the challenges you face each day

For the rest of this month, a New Patient visit is reduced to ONLY $60..........this will include doctor consult, exam, xrays, report of findings and your first treatment. This is a $210 value so hurry in and take advantage. Current patients, I am sure, know of someone (family member, co-worker, friend) who could benefit from chiropractic care. At this price, who can afford to NOT take care of their health! Call today for more information or to make an appt. 813-254-5200
